- Identify and qualify potential customers in the CNC cutting tools industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and recommendations to customers regarding CNC cutting tools applications and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the features and benefits of CNC cutting tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for customers' specific cutting tool needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products to effectively position and differentiate our cutting tools in the market.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Good experience in bi metal bandsaw and circular saw business
- providing technical support to the customers assisting them to selecting the right cutting tools for the specific needs and trouble shooting any issues during the application process.
- conducting product demonstration training section and collaborating with sales team to meet sales target and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
