Job Description
You will be a key member of Bayanat’s legal team based in the United Arab Emirates.
Your responsibilities will include providing legal advisory and transactional support to our business in their commercial operations. This will involve analysing complex legal issues, providing consistent sound judgment to the business while balancing business imperatives with legal risk, advising on and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts (distribution agreements, outsourcing agreements, purchase agreements, research and development and software licensing agreements, NDAs, MoUs).

Basic Qualifications
Track Record of Academic Excellence with gain experience in UK Law Firms that can easily translate in a corporate environment is a must.6+ years post-qualification legal experience, including experience in a top international law firmExperience as a lead negotiation lawyerSkilled at analysing and managing legal and practical riskExceptional drafting skillsA constructive and solutions focussed approach to workExceptional communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced international environment with demanding business partnersAble to be a great team player across multiple teams, including multidisciplinary teams
