• Strong knowledge of embroidery design & digitizing

• Experience with all types of embroidery techniques, including:

  • Coding / Digitizing

  • Channel embroidery

  • Sequins (single & double)

  • Cording

  • Appliqué

  • 3D / Puff embroidery

• Ability to create clean, production-ready embroidery files

• Experience working with multi-head embroidery machines is a plus

• Good understanding of fabrics, stitch types, and thread optimization

• Ability to follow design briefs and meet deadlines

Software Knowledge (Preferred):

• Wilcom

• Tajima

• Barudan or similar embroidery software
