Must be responsible for all technical and administrative matters assigned to him as part of the supervisory duties assigned by the employer, follow up on the quality of work and the speed of completion of supplies, submit all required reports, and attend all regular meetings with representatives of both the employer and the executing contractor.

Experience in water and wastewater projects, experience in the GCC region, knowledge of FIDIC designs and contractual requirements, and proficiency in various engineering software is mandatory.

Experience in similar projects in the past five years, communication skills, and fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic is also crucial.
