- Perform specialized procedures such as fine-needle aspirations for thyroid nodules and insulin pump insertions, demonstrating technical proficiency.
- Educate patients and their families about endocrine disorders, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to promote self-management and adherence.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care standards in the endocrinology department.
