Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of patients' medical histories, symptoms and conditions

- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections

- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications when necessary

- Perform routine health screenings, immunizations, and wellness exams

- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and health management

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and manage patient care

- Utilize electronic medical records to document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
