Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Radiologist to join our multidisciplinary medical team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting a wide range of medical images, delivering high-quality diagnostic services, and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical services in compliance with international and UAE healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and report on imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and timely reporting to referring physicians.
• Collaborate with other consultants and specialists for integrated patient care.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior radiology staff, including registrars and technologists.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings (MDTs), especially in oncology, trauma, and other specialties.
• Utilize PACS and RIS systems efficiently for reporting and workflow.
• Engage in quality assurance and continuous medical education (CME) activities.
• Stay current with advancements in radiology technology and clinical best practices.
• May be involved in interventional procedures depending on expertise and department setup.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Radiology (e.g., FRCR, ABR, FFR, or equivalent).
• Minimum 8–10 years of post-specialist qualification experience, preferably including some Gulf or international experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage but not required.
