Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking to recruit a Continuous Improvement Analyst to work on Major Fit-Out Projects, across Retail and Leisure. Duties are as follows:

1. Assist in gathering data for Balanced Scorecards, Power BI reports, and other CI initiatives.

2. Create and maintain documentation on various processes and procedures as part of the CI initiatives.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

4. Provide support for Lean Six Sigma and other training initiatives, including scheduling, material preparation, and attendance tracking.

5. Contribute insights and information to support the development of Power BI reports.

6. Assist in collecting feedback from various teams on implemented processes and relay it to the relevant personnel for potential improvements.

7. Keep track of CI initiatives and report on progress to supervisors and stakeholders.

8. Provide general administrative support, including organizing meetings, maintaining files, and managing communications related to CI initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile
1. UAE/MOFA Attested Degree either in Business Management, Administration or Computer Science

2. Advanced MS Office knowledge – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Project

3. Must have at least minimum 1 year of experience handling and managing the Balanced Scorecards; preferably experienced working in an organization using Balanced Scorecards

4. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification is required

5. With experienced in building templates and data collection

6. Immediate joiners will be prioritized
