Shall have a legal background and experience in Saudi project contracts.

Must be responsible for all technical and administrative matters assigned to him as part of the supervisory duties assigned by the employer.

Provide all required reports under the agreement and attend all regular meetings with representatives of both the employer and the executing contractor.

Experience in water and wastewater projects and proficiency in various engineering software is mandatory.

Shall also have experience in similar projects in the past five years, possess communication skills, and shall be fluent in English and proficient in Arabic.
