We are looking for Contracts Engineer

* Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

* Minimum 12-15 years of experience within the Oil and Gas industry.

* Should Posses Minimum 05 Years of GCC experience in Oil & Gas Projects.
* Must have very good exposure in Post Contract Administration like Contract Document Management, Correspondence and Communication, Claims and Variations, Project Invoicing.
* Must have depth-insight on Pre and Post Sub-Contract Administration like Administer, Manage, and Review Subcontracts and Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and formalizing them in-line with the Prime Contract and in accordance to the Project requirements, Attend Commercial clarification with subcontractors/suppliers, Contractual advise and defend against subcontractor/supplier claims, Provide assistance to Project Management Team in analyzing subcontract Extension of Time or Variations.
* Must be available for Immediate Joining.
