Roles & Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of cost control within the organization. The Cost Controller will work closely with various departments to establish and maintain cost control measures, provide financial insights, and contribute to overall business success.
· Analyze and evaluate production costs, overhead, and other related expenses.
· Monitor and report on variances between actual costs and budgeted/planned costs.
· Conduct regular cost reviews to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
· Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and manage budgets.
· Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts based on production plans and market trends.
· Develop and implement cost control strategies to improve operational efficiency.
· Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management, highlighting key cost-related metrics and trends.
· Work with auditors to facilitate the auditing process and address any audit findings related to cost control.
