· Achievement of section sales target

· Preparation and servicing of standard sized portions and cuts as per customer requirement

· Provide direct and indirect customer service to customers

· Monitors stock level, ordering, receiving of stock, wastage and shrinkage

· Meet hygiene & sanitation requirement of the section

· Proper handling of tools and equipment

· Any other store activity as assigned by the supervisor
