Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the main contact for customers, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with teams to execute customer requirements, monitor shipment status, and communicate any issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve service-related complaints promptly and collaborate with teams to prevent future occurrences. Document all communications.
  • Reporting: Update management on customer feedback and service levels, suggesting improvements.
  • Business Development: Support sales by identifying customer needs and assisting with client onboarding.
