Tabligh Legal Notification Services Company, a leading provider of legal notification services in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking to hire:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Work location: One of the company’s branches (to be determined later according to the administrative distribution)

Working hours: Determined by administrative distribution and workplace.

Supervising Authority: Executive Management.

Important notice: This position is only for UAE nationals.

Main tasks:

Receive customer inquiries via telephone or electronic means and respond professionally.

Providing accurate information about legal notification services.

Handling complaints and working to resolve them effectively.

Entering and following up on requests in the electronic system.

Representing the company's image to clients and various parties in the required professional manner.

Required qualifications:

High school diploma as a minimum.

High communication skills in Arabic (proficiency in English is a plus).

Proficiency in using computers and electronic systems.

Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred.
