The Quality Analyst must follow the direction of his/ her immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with the Company’s procedures, policies, HSE standards and quality management system.

The operational responsibilities of this position include:

• Reviewing information in accordance with quality standards prior to posting online.
• Providing feedback and proposing action plans to improve the quality of information.
• Testing software in accordance with user requirements and provide testing feedback.
• Actively participating in implementation of the Company’s quality management system.
• Conducting rejection analysis, create reports, presentation based on the report, areas of opportunity, improvement plans.
• Conducting quality training sessions, delivering and following-up on development action plans and coaching for continual enhancement of agent performance.
• Conducting periodic quality audits.
• Providing support to operations team for improvement of the process.
• Driving compliance and ensure that all process guidelines and policies are followed efficiently and appropriately.

In addition to the above the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his / her Manager.
