Supervising and training a team of skilled dental technicians to ensure the highest quality of dental prosthetics and restorations.

Implementing appropriate Laboratory systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective laboratory service including service and laboratory wide use of Computer-aided design (CAD) and Computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) (CADCAM) technology.

Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.

Responsible for all maintenance and safety checks on dental and emergency equipment. Ensure the maintenance records are kept up to date, and that any equipment faults are dealt with by the appropriate personnel.

Liaising with dentists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless collaboration. Negotiate materials prices with suppliers.
