Experience
• Prepare engineering designs, drawings, models, and calculations for various scaffold structures, including complex and high-risk configurations (cantilever, suspended, hanging, façade scaffolds, etc.).
• Ensure all scaffold designs comply with relevant safety standards and regulations (OSHA, CISRS, local codes).
• Conduct design risk assessments and propose mitigations to eliminate or minimize risks.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and site teams to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Perform site visits/surveys when required to gather design data and verify feasibility.
• Create detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD and utilize structural analysis software when applicable.
• Maintain proper documentation including design files, calculations, revisions, and approvals.
• Provide technical support to engineering, operations, and sales teams during project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scaffold design within construction, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of scaffold systems (tube & clamp, system scaffolds, modular systems, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in structural analysis tools (STAAD, ROBOT, or similar).
• Knowledge of relevant standards such as OSHA, CISRS, and regional scaffolding regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical design skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• CISRS certification or equivalent is an advantage.
