- Conduct market research on trends, tools, and best practices to implement in campaigns. Stay updated on algorithm changes.
- Deploy digital campaigns across assigned channels and platforms. Execute tests, collect data, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Assist in managing social media accounts by creating social media calendar, scheduling, and publishing posts.
- Monitor social media interactions and engage with the audience to build community and drive brand awareness.
- Track and report on social media metrics and suggest improvements.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
- Analyze the effectiveness of email marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support the SEO strategy by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, generating backlinks, and tracking performance.
- Work closely with the purchase department for accurate product description and features.
- Work closely with the stock department to monitor inventory levels, forecast product needs, and ensure that marketing campaigns are launched for in-stock items.
