• Collaborate with the IT Manager, Data Analyst, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Foster a digital-first culture within the organization, promoting continuous learning and adaptation to new digital trends.
• Conduct regular assessments of current technology capabilities and business processes to identify areas for digital improvement.
• Utilize data analytics to drive strategic decisions, measure the impact of digital initiatives, and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure proper training and support for staff to adopt new technologies and digital processes.
