  1. Conduct door-to-door or field-based sales to promote Vodafone Fiber (FBER) products, mobility and prepaid to residential customers.
  2. Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Identify potential customers and present tailored solutions based on their internet usage needs.
  4. Provide accurate information about Vodafone’s fiber- mobility – prepaid packages, pricing, and installation process.
  5. Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate submission of customer applications and documentation.
  7. Collaborate with team members and the Sales Supervisor to support overall sales strategies and campaigns.
  8. Represent Vodafone professionally at all times and uphold the company’s values and ethics.
  9. Stay updated with the latest product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
  10. Provide feedback from the market to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction
  11. Monthly number of new fiber customer activations.
  12. Sales target achievement rate.
  13. Lead conversion ratio.
  14. Customer satisfaction and service quality ratings.
  15. Accuracy and completeness of submitted applications.
  16. Daily/weekly attendance and field productivity.
