About the Client:
A 5 Star Luxury Hotel based in Qatar

Job Description:
• Responsible for leading, directing, and motivating the Sales team through implementation of management standards and quality marketing guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing department to develop marketing collateral, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials to support sales efforts, enhance brand awareness, and effectively communicate the value proposition.
• Ensure that the yearly sales budget is achieved and exceeded as possible.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders to continue developing and penetrating target markets.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic speakers
• Female, 35 to 50 years old and below
• At least 4 years of experience working in a Waterpark in a similar capacity
• Previous GCC experience would be an advantage
• Fluency in English language to speak and present clearly and effectively
