Job Title: Dispatcher / Driver Team Lead

Transcorp International is a leading logistics company dedicated to providing efficient last-mile delivery solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Dispatcher to join our team and play a crucial role in optimizing our delivery operations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai (UAE).
Key Responsibilities:
Route Planning:
- Strategically plan and optimize delivery routes for drivers handling B2C shipments in Abu Dhabi, Dubai (UAE).
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi, Dubai (UAE)'s road network to ensure efficient and timely delivery of E-commerce orders.
Allocation and Coordination:
- Work closely with drivers and helpers to ensure accurate allocation of E-commerce orders based on geographical areas and delivery priorities.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize route allocations for enhanced delivery efficiency.
Order Accuracy:
- Verify and ensure the accurate dispatch of all orders from the warehouse.
- Promptly address and reassign any orders with incorrect delivery assignments to prevent delays and ensure orders are not left behind in the warehouse.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage proactively with the Customer Support Team and Clients to address challenges or issues faced by drivers during delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving delivery-related concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Order Monitoring and Tracking:
- Monitor and report any issues or challenges faced by drivers during delivery.
- Track the real-time progress of drivers and provide necessary support to ensure timely and successful deliveries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in last-mile delivery operations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai (UAE).
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi, Dubai (UAE)'s road network and routes is essential.
- Flexible to work in different shifts.
- Flexibility to work in different departments based on requirements.
- Proven experience in route planning and optimization for efficient delivery operations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work closely with drivers, helpers, and other teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy of order dispatch.
- Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with Home Country Experience in Warehouse / CFS / Airport Handling are encouraged to apply as well.
