Greet all passengers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon document presentation at both check-in and the boarding gate.
Verify and profile passenger documents to ensure timely identification of improper or inadequate documentation.
Identify and address improper or fraudulent documents to prevent violations of immigration regulations promptly.
Verify and confirm the authenticity of visas.
Implement regulations and verification procedures correctly to ensure compliance when passengers are returned due to improper travel documents.
Support governmental authorities and internal security during investigations related to fraudulent document identification.
Maintain a high level of customer service while implementing verification procedures to minimize the impact on guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with airport authorities and other departments to enforce immigration regulations and promptly identify violations.
Adhere to data privacy protocols and guidelines while verifying passenger documents.
Address any non-compliant concerns promptly and courteously.
Communicate and complete offload formalities in a timely manner to facilitate on-time departures.
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills, staying updated on the latest entry regulations and requirements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed in the business arena
