Roles & Responsibilities
· Work on Incident /WO/ Adhoc task for Application related issue, enhancement, releases, create & follow up Bug to development team.
· Change deployment in Pre-Prod & Prod environment.
· Attend Tab and Cab meeting and coordinate with the relevant team.
· Provide technical support in resolving tickets focusing on P1 & P2.
· Ticket Analysis and Support Doc (run book, SOP, Server details) updation.
· Achieving all the Application Operation SLA.
· Make sure to adhere the ITSM Process.
· Ready to work under pressure and manage the work Load.
· Problem Management, Providing RCA for PI (Reactive & Proactive).
· Knowledge Transfer within the team.
