Act as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM, advising on best practices and system capabilities.
Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize OOTB features before custom development to maintain future system compatibility.
Develop custom extensions using AL language, ensuring best coding practices are followed.
Design and implement Power Automate flows to enhance business processes and reduce manual efforts.
Develop and deploy solutions using Power Apps to streamline operations.
Work with OData and API integrations to connect Dynamics 365 with external applications.
Configure and optimize Business Central and CRM reports to ensure accurate data representation.
Provide training and documentation for users to maximize system utilization.
Support troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving system issues effectively.
Create sales and financial data reports for Power BI, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for business decision-making.
