To ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electrical and instrumentation systems within the tissue paper manufacturing plant, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Duties:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including motors, drives, control panels, and distribution boards.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure quick resolution.
Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and standards.
Instrumentation Duties:
Calibrate and maintain sensors, transmitters, pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and other field instruments.
Monitor and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA, and DCS systems used in the manufacturing process.
Maintain and configure control systems for tissue machines, converting lines, and utilities.
Conduct regular checks and calibrations on process instrumentation for accuracy and efficiency.
Assist in commissioning and start-up activities for new machines or modifications.
General Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logbooks.
Ensure timely reporting of breakdowns and maintenance activities.
Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Support in inventory management for spare parts related to E&I.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
