Experience
5 - 10 years
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in inspecting service systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, Electrical).
Practical Experience in Facility Management and operation and maintenance of Government buildings (RTY Management).
Thorough knowledge of operating systems and preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and provide technical recommendations.
Preference for candidates with professional certificates in the fields of Safety and Energy & water systems.
