1. All the System/Electric/Mechanic faults to be identified as early as possible and rectified as early as possible.

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment.
• Install and maintain electrical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Use various testing devices to diagnose and fix issues.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to solve complex problems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Document all repairs and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support to colleagues and customers.

2.All PLC communication faults to be rectified, need to identify the components in faulty.

3.Trouble shooting in chain link mechanism, linear power transmission, gear transmission and all mechanical work related to conveyor chains & its installation.

4.PLC related Bus faults, system faults & Profibus communication issues to rectified in timely manner.

5.All Preventive Maintenance & inspection to be carried out as per the location assigned.

6. Follow Pro-active approach and critical issues to be escalated in timely manner to the supervisor.
