• Make sure installation is done as per approved shop drawings, method statements and in accordance with the

company's QHSE policy.

• Submission of daily & weekly progress reports to superiors

• Day-to-day labor distribution according to open work fronts, in coordination with site supervisors, in-charges, and

foremen.

• Attending site meetings with clients along with superiors

• Coordinating testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures

and documentation.

• Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements.

• Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment, and

Compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site tests and handover.

• Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary system/plant

performance in accordance with project programme requirements and specifications.

• Conducting Client training on the systems at the project location for project handover and closure.

• Ensure uninterrupted system operation.

• Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed.

• Ensure schedules finish on time to meet the project program.
