- Develop and implement treatment plans for a diverse patient population, addressing both medical and psychological needs.
- Educate patients and families on health management, emergency procedures, and follow-up care post-discharge.
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and research to stay current in the field.
- Participate in emergency preparedness drills and training to ensure readiness for mass casualty incidents.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for legal compliance and continuity of care.
- Mentor and supervise medical trainees and junior staff, fostering their growth and proficiency in emergency medicine.
