Shall be responsible for all technical and administrative matters assigned to them as part of the supervisory duties assigned by the employer.

Must provide all required reports under the agreement and attend all regular meetings with representatives of both the employer and the executive contractor.

Proficiency in various engineering software is mandatory.

Must have experience in similar projects (wastewater) in the past five years, possess communication skills, and shall be fluent in English and proficient in Arabic.
