Project Manager is responsible to manage end-to-end project life-cycle from inception to the closure of project, in order to deliver high quality IT solutions and ensure coordination within the IT Department and with external service suppliers. Prepare project plan and coordinate with Design and Development heads to allocate the most appropriate resources for project execution.

Project Manager should have the skills and capability to identify and assess risks of projects and take corrective and preventative actions on time. He is responsible for preparing various reports to keep the project team and management aware and to support in decision making processes of management. He is responsible all company guidelines, polices procedures are followed and adhered to in project execution and delivery.
