We are currently seeking an ERP Delivery Manager for our HQ office in Dubai.

Responsibilities in Brief:
Project Management:Overseeing the entire ERP implementation project, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management. They are responsible for ensuring that the project stays on track and within scope.
Team Leadership: Building and leading a team of professionals, including ERP consultants, developers, analysts, and other specialists. They need to ensure that the team works cohesively toward project goals.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. This involves understanding the needs of different departments within the organization and translating those requirements into ERP system configurations.
Vendor Management: If the organization is working with an ERP software vendor or consulting firm, the ERP Delivery Manager is responsible for managing that relationship. This includes contract negotiations, service level agreements, and ensuring that the vendor delivers on their promises.
Customization and Configuration: Overseeing the customization and configuration of the ERP system to align with the organization's specific business processes. This may involve making decisions about which modules to use, how to configure workflows, and any necessary software development.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the ERP system is thoroughly tested before deployment. This includes coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolving any issues or bugs that are identified.
Change Management: Developing and implementing change management strategies to help employees adapt to the new ERP system. This may involve training programs, communication plans, and providing ongoing support to users.
Data Migration: Managing the migration of data from existing systems to the new ERP system. This is a critical task to ensure that historical data is preserved and accessible within the new system.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitoring the performance of the ERP system and making improvements as necessary. This includes optimizing system performance, resolving performance issues, and planning for system upgrades.
Security and Compliance: Ensuring that the ERP system complies with security standards and regulations. This involves implementing access controls, data encryption, and other security measures to protect sensitive data.
Reporting and Analytics: Setting up reporting and analytics capabilities within the ERP system to provide valuable insights to decision-makers in the organization.
Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. This documentation is essential for troubleshooting, training, and future system enhancements.
Budget and Cost Control: Managing the budget for the ERP implementation project and ensuring that costs are controlled within the approved budget.
Stakeholder Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed about the progress of the ERP project and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Post-Implementation Support: Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the ERP system, including addressing user queries, troubleshooting problems, and making enhancements or updates as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or other related field Or equivalent work experience
Project Management certification is required, preferably on Agile methodologies
Understanding of one or more of the domains – Automotive, Retail/eCommerce/Marketplace, Logistics, Healthcare
Typically has 15 to 18 years of IT and business/industry work experience and at least 10 years in the ERP implementation and maintenance preferebaley in Navision or Microsoft Dynamics.
Must have previous experince of minimum 8 full cycle ERP implemention .
