Providing lively & exceptional customer service to clients before, during and after every game. Operating games efficiently and professionally. Resetting and reloading all our game rooms as needed. Maintaining cleanliness of the office and game rooms and all other tools. Maintaining the rooms in a working condition by repairing minor faults and escalating those you can not handle in a timely manner. Answering phone, email, IM and in-person inquiries. Participate in lead generation efforts. Act in any of our rooms during games as required.
