- Oversee all technical and logistical production processes for events, ensuring they align with client expectations.
- Manage event set-up, operation, and teardown, ensuring that all aspects are executed according to plan.
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and ensure all needs are addressed.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
- Work with creative teams to ensure design concepts are accurately implemented.
- Manage the technical production of live events, including AV setup, lighting, sound, and staging.
- Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during events.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and legal requirements during event production.
