- Lead, supervise, and motivate the food and beverage service team, ensuring smooth daily operations across all outlets.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the setup, cleanliness, and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service periods.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless food and drink delivery.
- Implement and monitor adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout all service areas.
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring for optimal team productivity.
- Support inventory management, including stock rotation, requisitioning supplies, and conducting periodic stock checks.
- Promote a positive, respectful team culture that reflects YOSH Hospitality’s values of professionalism and service excellence.
- Resolve operational challenges, escalate significant issues to management, and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and all relevant health and safety requirements.
