Should be technically sound enough to quide / handle the technical team on design co-ordination.
Should be capable of planning and executing the job with tight time constraints and able to lead facade package in a project from conception to completion.
Should be able to come up with acceleration and delay cover up programs upon requirements.
To manage material approval, technical submittals & method statements based on site specifications & industry standards.
Should be able to handle multiple projects based on the organizational requirements.
Candidates should have the ability to form a team of his own with available resources and train them to be efficient in their respective roles.
To co-ordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, client representatives and authorities for necessary approval, commercial issues and to ultimately maintain harmony in site throughout the project span.
To involve in preconstruction engineering and to foresee potential issues and to fix them prior design & construction to avoid unforeseen delays.
