Job role: Facility Engineer

Job location: Umm Suqeim, Dubai

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and operations of the facility.
• Manage facility in terms of service, maintenance, health and safety and environment and coordinate with different departments.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure day-to-day facility operations are smooth and safe.
• Implement energy efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain records and generate reports on facility performance.
• Assist in budget planning and control for facility-related expenses.
