Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Finance Controller/ Assistant (PMO Dept)

Job Role:
- Produce various monthly reports projecting past, present, and future expenditures of all construction projects and facilities outgoings
- Responsible for production of monthly FRC reports of ongoing projects which forecast the annual budget, certified payments, remaining annual costs, and variances
- Create monthly receiving reports regarding purchase requisitions and purchase orders for all medical facilities
- Using software's such as Oracle E-Business Suite, PMWeb, and Microsoft Excel to consistently research and prepare financial data to assist different departments for various issues
- Assisting in the preparation of the Opex and Capex budgets for facilities under the jurisdiction of my Line manage

Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent level Qualification
- 3 years of relevant experience in similar industry related to Finance
