Job Scope:

A Fixed Asset Controller will be responsible for the management and maintenance of Entire Group’s fixed assets through the proper documentation and system control.

Job Duties:

Accountable for the proper maintenance, recording and tracking of the entire Group’s fixed assets.

Coordinate all activities relating to transfer, disposal of assets and close the write offs as required.

Generate monthly depreciation and annual account for all fixed assets and reconcile the Assets Register with the Company’s Financial Ledger, on a monthly basis.

Prepare the fixed assets schedule for the external audit.

Track company expenditure for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget.

Organize and maintain fixed asset documentations for references.

Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures for the registration of fixed assets.

Conduct analysis related to the fixed assets.

Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
