Summary:

The Transport Officer assists the Senior Transport Officer in performing tasks such as providing and maintaining the vehicle fleet, managing various transport operations such as daily tasks, including supervising the performance of the predecessor, assigning the predecessor's tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, keeping all vehicles in order, arranging work and managing the database detailing transport activities, and Finance accounting staff schedules and records, and employee records.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the distribution, maintenance, repair, and use of all vehicles.
• Assist in allocating and rotating appropriate work and tasks to drivers.
• Assist in implementing the company's objective as directed by the company representative.
• Assign drivers tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Maintain all vehicles in top technical condition.
