Carry out market carpeting to understand market potential for service department
· Map the target customer segment with their fleet size, current running pattern and potential business opportunities.
· Maintain daily visit report against the Monthly visit planner and update management.
· Sell service contracts to potential fleet/retail/corporate customers and/or agree Service Level agreements to ensure customer retention.
· Maintain constant watch in market to understand the business potential and report to management.
· Ensure you maintain the utmost customer-oriented approach beholding the legacy of customer first approach of Al Masaood Automobiles.
