1. Take responsibility for;

· Daily, periodic vehicle inspections. Ensure high technical standards

· Monitor and record a movement of vehicles between project and repair workshop (contract vendor)

· Quality of work performed by Workshop.

· Availability of vehicles, through frequent follow ups.

· Service and all repair work done by vendor workshops are, as per the manufacture’s standards, in line with company requirements and as per contract agreement

2. Cooperate and coordinate with Project Management to perform timely Preventive and Corrective service work as per their requirements and priorities.

3. Collect and maintain technical history of all repairs performed by workshops, external service vendors. Present same to management in form of reports and presentation

4. Assist in Data Management for all fleet related matters.

5. Take good care of property, infrastructure, tools and equipment under fleet custody.

6. Coordinate efforts with service advisor.
