Greet customers with a warm welcome and efficiently manage the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression for Radiator Repair & Services.
Answer phone calls promptly, direct inquiries to the appropriate technicians, and provide basic information about radiator repair services.
Schedule appointments for radiator inspections, repairs, and maintenance, optimizing the technician's schedules for maximum efficiency.
Prepare and manage customer invoices, process payments accurately, and maintain detailed records of all transactions. Manage Cash/Credit transactions and aggressively follow-up the payments.
Knowledge of job costing strategy
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
