Senior Software Developer (15+ Years)

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Software Developer with 15+ years of experience (or 12+ years with a Master’s degree) to lead the development of strategic, high-impact, and mission-critical government systems in Sharjah. This role includes full project ownership—from requirements gathering through deployment—ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable solutions aligned with UAE national standards.

Key Responsibilities

� Project Leadership & Ownership

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects: analysis, design, development, deployment, and support.

� Solution Architecture

• Design secure, modular, and scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core or Laravel.

� System Integration

• Integrate with platforms such as UAE PASS, payment gateways, and legacy government systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

� Documentation & Communication

• Create and review technical documents (SRS, BRD) in both Arabic and English.

� Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage vendors: validate estimates, ensure code quality, and deliver on time.

� Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with standards such as TDRA and ISO 27001, and support audits.

� Team Development & DevOps

• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and implement CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).

� Strategic Technology Initiatives

• Support digital transformation efforts including:
  Legacy system modernization (.NET 4.x → .NET Core, PHP → Laravel)
  Cloud adoption (Azure)
  AI feasibility assessments
