Overview

The Kanoo Machinery is seeking a skilled General Technician specializing in heavy machinery and construction equipment, with a focus on Bobcat machines. This role involves hands-on technical work, including diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

· Independently perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Bobcat machines, as well as other heavy equipment like beach cleaning machines, tractors, skid loaders, and telehandlers.

· Conduct both preventive and breakdown maintenance on all assigned machinery, aiming to complete tasks efficiently and with minimal rework.

· Accurately interpret technical manuals and schematics to identify the correct parts for repairs.

· Provide customers with clear technical and warranty support.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers.

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and regulations, always maintaining a safe work environment.
