Coremetal Group, a leading industrial group specializing in steel fabrication, metal trading, and manufacturing, is seeking an experienced and strategic Group Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations across its divisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in group consolidation, financial reporting, compliance, and team leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all group companies. Enforce internal controls and ensure strict adherence.
2. Conduct cost analysis and Gross Profit (GP) evaluation across products and divisions.
3. Prepare annual budgets and conduct periodic variance analysis and reviews.
4. Oversee the complete management of the Accounts Department, including supervision of accounting staff and financial operations.
5. Ensure timely monthly book closing and review all entries for accurate MIS reporting.
6. Analyze company expenditures and implement control measures to improve profitability.
7. Conduct detailed analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for all divisions.
8. Manage depreciation calculations and posting in accordance with accounting standards.
9. Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax compliance (including VAT).
10. Provide financial insights to the management for strategic decision-making.
