Coremetal Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Group HR Manager to oversee and lead all human resource functions across our group of companies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UAE labor laws, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in HR operations within the UAE.

· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with group business goals

· Establish HR policies and procedures group-wide

· Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations across entities

· Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations

· Manage compensation and benefits structure in line with market standards

· Lead digital transformation in HR processes (ERP/HRMS)

· Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning

· Lead performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives
