key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI strategy

• Lead AI/ML, data science, and MLOps teams

• Oversee end-to-end AI model development and deployment

• Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities

• Establish AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks

• Manage AI budget, tools, and vendor partnerships

• Report AI impact and KPIs to executive leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML or advanced analytics roles

• 5+ years leading technical teams

• Strong experience with ML, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision

• Experience deploying AI solutions at scale

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

Preferred

• Experience in [industry]
