- Monitor and control MEP project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Establish and enforce safety standards for MEP installations, promoting a culture of safety within the team and on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that MEP installations are executed according to design specifications and timelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts to ensure favorable terms and quality deliverables.
- Stay updated on the latest MEP technologies and innovations, integrating relevant advancements into project proposals.
- Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders, clearly communicating MEP project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development.
